Probleme mit der Installation von eZ Publish

Hallo Community,

ich bin absolut neu im Umgang mit eZ Publish und stoße leider schon bei der Installation auf einige Probleme.
Dokumentationen und die Suche durch das halbe Netz der eZ Community haben mir bisher nicht geholfen, auch, wenn ich einige Themen gefunden habe, wo ähnliche Probleme angesprochen wurden, eine Lösung habe ich bisher nicht gefunden.

Erst habe ich versucht eZ Publish auf eine Subdomain meines Servers zu installieren. Wenn ich direkt im ersten Schritt unter “Finetune“ schaue, bekomme ich diese Ausgaben:

Issues

1. Insufficient execution time allowed to install eZ publish
eZ publish will not work correctly with a execution time limit of -1. It's highly recommended that you fix this.
Locate the php.ini settings file for your PHP installation. On unix systems, this is normally located at /etc/php.ini, on windows systems check the PHP installation path. Open the php.ini file and change the max_execution_time value to at least 30, and press Next
If you are running eZ publish in a shared host environment, contant your ISP to perform the changes.

2. allow_url_fopen ini setting is disabled
You need to alter your PHP settings, and enable the 'allow_url_fopen' setting in your php.ini file.
allow_url_fopen = On
Remember to restart your web server afterwards.
Note : Failure here will also cause failure to the accept_path_info test.

3. AcceptPathInfo disabled or running in CGI mode
You need to enable AcceptPathInfo in your Apache config file, if you're using apache 2.x. If you're running apache 1.3, eZ publish will not run in CGI mode.
Check the Apache documentation, or enter the following into your httpd.conf file.
AcceptPathInfo On
Remember to restart your web server afterwards.

Ich habe erstmal versucht die Installation fortzusetzen ohne Änderungen vorzunehmen. Deshalb gehe ich ganz stark davon aus, dass dies auch der Grund ist, weshalb ich die Installation nicht abschließen kann. Ich komme so bis zum letzten Schritt der Installation.

Dann sagt mir der Browser:

Wenn ich in die Datenbank schaue, sieht es so aus als wären alle Tabellen korrekt erstellt worden. Nach dem Internal Server Error ist die Installation dann abgebrochen und ich muss von vorn beginnen. Ich schätze das Problem liegt bei Punkt 3 "AcceptPathInfo", bin mir aber nicht sicher.
Allerdings kann jetzt schon sagen, dass mein Serveradministrator mir “allow_url_fopen“ niemals auf “On“ stellen wird. Auch bei “AcceptPathInfo“ im Apache hat er sich geweigert. “max_execution_time“ auf 30 wird er später einstellen. Nun meine Frage:

Ist es überhaupt Möglich ohne “allow_url_fopen“ und “AcceptPathInfo“ die Installation fertig zustellen?

Die Version des Apache ist 1.3.37 und PHP ist in der Version 4.4.4 vorhanden.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mich informieren und mir ein paar Quellen und Hinweise geben.
